Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after
receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has
shipped.  

Owing to the rising number of COVID cases in Delhi and to ensure the safety of our production
staff, there will be a delay of at least 10-12 business days. We hope you understand our concern
regarding the same and hope to return back to full capacity as soon as possible. Till then, wear a
mask and stay safe! 

1. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (for customers within India):
• Shipping is free within India.
• Once your order has been shipped, it will take 2 to 5 days to be delivered to you.

2. How do I check the status of my order?
• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will
include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the
tracking information to become available. 
• If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation
email, please contact us at  lab88.in@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we
will look into it for you.

3. Other Information:
• Due to the current circumstances due to COVID-19, there might be a slight delay of a day or
two in the shipment of orders. We’re doing everything on our end to ship all the orders within
the stipulated time period nonetheless
